Celebrating the Beautiful Life of

Noehmi Magaly Zambrana
Obituary
Noehmi Zambrana, age 24, was born on February 6, 2001, and passed away on December 4, 2025. Though her time on this earth was far too short, Noehmi lived a life full of love, purpose, and compassion that touched everyone who knew her.
Noehmi was the beloved daughter of Juan Zambrana and Quenby Ford, grandmother Gracy Ford, and her godparents John and Trina Anderson who loved and shielded her every day of her life. From a young age, Noehmi showed a deep passion for learning and creativity. She attended Sabal Palm Elementary School, LaVilla School of the Arts, graduated from Lee High School, and continued her education at Florida State College at Jacksonville. She was accepted into nursing school at FIU, and she adored her job at Plus One Meetings.
Noehmi devoted her life to caring for others, especially children. As a doula for her own sister's birth, and a child care provider, her nurturing spirit and love for children guided her path and allowed her to travel to many destinations abroad. She was known for her gentle heart, warm smile, and the way she made everyone feel safe, seen, and loved.
Above all, Noehmi cherished being a mother. She leaves behind her beloved son, Nakai Dakarai Zambrana Jefferson and his beloved father Dakaria Jaquez Jefferson, who was the center of her world and her greatest joy.
She is also survived by her loving sisters, Nova Zambrana, Zair Zambrana, and Ilyana Zambrana, along with extended family and friends who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.
Noehmi Zambrana will be remembered as a light in the lives of many—loving, selfless, and endlessly devoted to the care of others. Her legacy lives on through her son and all those she touched with her kindness.
